Massage Elite Wellness provides corporate and mobile wellness experiences including on-site chair massage, fitness classes, mindfulness sessions, cooking demos, wellness workshops, mobile spa services, and virtual wellness offerings.
All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and location requirements. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time.
All bookings must be confirmed through our scheduling team or website form.
Payment is required prior to or upon confirmation of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept major credit cards and other approved payment methods.
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled event will not incur a fee.
Cancellations made within 72 hours may be subject to a 50% cancellation charge.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows are billed at the full rate.
We understand that unforeseen situations arise; please contact us as soon as possible for rescheduling.
Clients are responsible for:
Providing a safe, clean, and accessible workspace for our wellness professionals.
Ensuring participants are medically cleared to receive services such as massage, fitness, or physical activity.
Informing us in advance of any allergies, health concerns, or venue limitations.
Massage Elite Wellness and its staff are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the client’s failure to disclose relevant information or provide appropriate space and conditions.
Our wellness professionals are licensed, insured, and adhere to high health and safety standards.
Equipment and materials are sanitized before and after each session.
Any participant exhibiting illness symptoms may be refused service for safety reasons.
We follow local and federal public health guidelines.
For virtual wellness services, participants are responsible for ensuring stable internet connection, appropriate space, and safe movement conditions. We are not responsible for interruptions or injuries resulting from the participant’s environment.
All website content, materials, and resources—including text, images, videos, and class content—are owned by Massage Elite Wellness or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any materials without written consent.
Massage Elite Wellness is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific service.

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our services or policies. Updates take effect immediately upon posting, with the revised “Effective Date” noted above.
